- Are NOT responsible for clinic performance
By using our service, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for your own medical decisions
- You will verify clinic credentials independently
- You release MedVia from any liability
- Any disputes are with the clinic, not MedVia
We are based in Thailand. Any legal disputes must be handled in Thai courts under Thai law.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MedVia's website and services at GetMedVia.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MedVia operates as a referral service connecting international patients with dental clinics in Thailand. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice or treatment.
2. Use of Service
Our services allow you to:
- Browse information about dental procedures and clinics in Thailand
- Request quotes from our partner clinics
- Receive personalized recommendations based on your dental needs
- Access educational content about dental tourism
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website.
3. User Accounts and Quote Requests
When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your name, contact details, and dental treatment requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MedVia or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Third-Party Services (Partner Clinics)
MedVia connects you with independent dental clinics in Thailand. These clinics are separate legal entities, not employees or agents of MedVia. We carefully vet our partner clinics, but we do not control their operations, staff, or treatment decisions.
Any agreement you enter into with a clinic is solely between you and that clinic. MedVia is not a party to such agreements and is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from your relationship with any clinic.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedVia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Any medical outcomes or complications from treatment at partner clinics
- Travel-related issues or expenses
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MedVia, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
